After reviewing this document it is necessary to send a list of the provided equipment of the receiving party to the band director’s mail or message/call via phone number.
In the subject line indicate: date, city, gig name.

Soundcheck
It lasts no less than 2 hours and starts no later than 4 hours before the event.
By the time of the band’s arrival it is NECESSARY:
- To arrange equipment as it’s described in the band’s stage plan.
- Prepare speakers, power supplies and stands. A system (local) engineer must tune speakers.

- Should not be located behind the artists! Just in front of the apron stage line!
- A high-quality speaker system is needed, with a margin of power that is capable of sounding the event hall without distortions and overloads.
